Notice. Mr. Varun Chandel, Learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

Petitioner has invoked contempt jurisdiction of this Court against wilful and intentional non- implementation of the judgment dated 04.12.2025 [Annexure C-1], passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.19062 of 2025, titled as Raj Kumar Versus

State of H.P. and Anr., whereby, the respondents/ competent authority were directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner annexed with the writ petition, in accordance with the judgment in the case of Ghanshyam Dass & Ors. Vs. State of H.P. [CWP No.2056 of 2023], decided on 21.03.2024 within six weeks from the date of passing of the said judgment.

Upon listing of the matter today, Learned State Counsel submits that judgment in the case of Ghanshyam Dass [supra] has been stayed by the Division Bench of this Court.

At this stage and in the aforesaid circumstances,
Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.
In aforesaid terms, instant petition and all the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
