I/2018-19/2 forthwith, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: Y.LATCHANNA Counsel for the Respondents: GANDRALA RATHNA KUMAR SC For APSCCFC LTD Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR SOCIAL WELFARE Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following order: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM WRIT PETITION No: 7762 of 2026 ORDER: The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following main prayer: “….to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS under Article 226 of Constitution of India or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the payments for the works i.e., Publication of Advertisement in Newspapers on SC and ST welfare Schemes (Adarana-2) on 11.11.2018 through release order No.18/Display Agency-PP/Advt.I/2018-19/2” as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities to release an amount of Rs.1,09,59,296/- towards Bill forthwith for the above said works executed by the petitioner and pass….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that in identical facts and circumstances, i.e. in similarly situated persons, i.e. who are the parties in the advertisement work done by the petitioner, namely Softline Advertising Pvt.Ltd., who figured as serial No.3 in the very same advertisement issue already instituted W.P.No.13439 of 2023 before this Court, wherein this Court after perceiving all the issues pleased to dispose of the same directing the 2nd 4 respondent therein, who is incidentally respondent No.4 in the present writ petition, AP SC Co.operative Finance Corporation Ltd., to pay the requisite amount. 4. In support of his submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the copy of the order in W.P.No.13439 of 2023 dated 30-08-2023 after duly serving the copy on the other side. 5. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents not disputed the factum of passing of orders by this Court in W.P.No.13439 of 2023. 6. In the light of the above facts and circumstances and also in the very same identical lines, the present writ petition is disposed of. The 4th respondent is hereby directed to release the amount of Rs.1,09,59,296/- (Rupees One Crore Nine Lakhs Fifty Nine Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety Six Only) in favour of the petitioner, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Registry is also hereby directed to enclose the copy of the order in W.P.No.13439 of 2023 to this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
