This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under section 528 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 by the petitioner with the prayer for modification of the order dated 16.03.2026, passed in B.A. No. 2028 of 2026 by way of substituting the condition that the petitioner will furnish the copy of Aadhar Card in the court of learned Sessions Judge with the condition that the petitioner will furnish his Election Photo Identity Card issued by the Election Commission of India as the petitioner does not have Aadhar Card. Considering the aforesaid facts, the prayer is allowed. The order dated 16.03.2026, passed in B.A. No. 2028 of 2026 is modified to the extent that the condition that the petitioner will furnish copy of his Aadhar Card in the court below is substituted with the condition that the petitioner will furnish the copy of the Election Photo Identity Card in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Godda and the other conditions will remain the same. The order dated 16.03.2026, passed in B.A. No. 2028 of 2026 is modified to the aforesaid extent only and this order be treated as part of the order dated 16.03.2026, passed in B.A. No. 2028 of 2026.
