In view of the lack of instructions, he is unable to proceed with the hearing of the matter. Perusal of the record shows that the petitioner is aged 65 years at the time of institution of the writ petition. Therefore, it is not known whether he still intends to pursue the matter. 2 CGR, J W.P. No.13685 of 2005 In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to revive his case if the cause in the writ petition still survives. No costs.
