Vs. State of HP & others, before the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court by filing LPA No.295 of 2026 and operation of the impugned judgment therein has been ordered to be stayed. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:37774 2. Therefore, in view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition at this stage. 3. The petition is disposed of, so also pending application(s), if any, at this stage. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition as and when the occasion arises to do so.
