Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that police completed investigation in the aforesaid crime and filed charge sheet, which was taken on file as C.C.No.2215 of 2020 on the file of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vijayawada, and that during pendency of the case, both the parties entered into a compromise before the Lok Adalat on 14.12.2024 and, in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become in fructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as in fructuous.
