In view of the same, it is directed that Patent Application filed by the Appellant shall be decided afresh by the Respondent within a period of three months by giving a fresh Notice of hearing followed by an opportunity of hearing to the Appellant and also granting time to the Appellant to file Written Submissions post hearing. 3. In view of the above, the order dated 02.01.2026 (“Impugned Order”) is quashed.
