In this Writ Petition, petitioner is assailing the order dated 18.03.2025 in R.A.(A)NO.202/2018-19 (Annexure-H) passed by respondent No.2. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner places reliance on the Order dated 13.02.2026 passed in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28124 WP No. 22369 of 2025 W.P.No.38675/2025, wherein this Court has quashed the impugned order in the present Writ Petition produced at Annexure-H. In that view of the matter, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed. The order dated 18.03.2025 in R.A.(A)NO.202/2018-19 passed by respondent No.2 is hereby quashed and the jurisdictional Tahsildar is directed to restore the entries as it stood prior to passing of the impugned order and the jurisdictional Tahsildar shall complete the said action within four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
