Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that upon completion of investigation, the police have filed the charge sheet and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.6016 of 2022 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada City. 3. In view of the above submission and as no cause survives for adjudication in the present matter, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in the aforesaid Calendar Case, if he is advised to do so.
