This is an application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS) 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused Page No.# 2/2 applicant in connection with Mangaldai P.S. Case No.208/2025, registered under Sections 113(3)/152/196/197(1)/352/353 of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Addl. P.P. submits that in the instant case, the charge-sheet has already been filed vide Charge-sheet No.03/2026 dated 25.01.2026. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant submits that the accused applicant has already been granted interim protection vide order dated 10.12.2025 and he should be allowed to appear before the learned Trial Court and till such time, he should be protected. 6. Taking into account the aforesaid submission, it is directed that the interim protection granted on 10.12.2025 is extended until the appearance of the accused applicant before the learned Trial Court in connection with Mangaldai P.S. Case No.208/2025. 7. Accordingly, the bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
