In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 08th January, 2025 (Annexure-A) for issuance of RTC in the name of the petitioner in respect of land in question. 3. Heard Sri. Sachin B.S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. B.J. Eswarappa, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the land in question has been granted to the petitioner as per the recommendation made by the competent Committee on 20th December, 2012 and order of grant dated 17th January, 2013 (Annexure-B). In that view of the matter, the respondent- - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27717 WP NO.16289 OF 2026 Tahsildar is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 08th January, 2025 (Annexure-A) and issue RTC in the name of the petitioner in respect of the land in question, after verifying the original records, within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
