The writ application has been preferred praying for permitting the petitioner to be admitted to the 2nd semester by depositing the late enrolment fee. 3. On placing the document at page 32, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have been recommended for such admission with late enrolment fee by the Officer-in-Charge of the college. 4. It appears that the document has been sent by the Officer-in-Charge of the College. The said letter has been addressed to the Controller of the examination and is dated 08.05.2026 which is after the last date that is 1st May, 2026. 2 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/University submits that the petitioner has not got the mandatory attendance as required for such admission. 6. Considering all these facts, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondents/University shall consider the case of the petitioner praying for enrolment in the 2nd Semester by payment of late enrolment fee in accordance with law, within 5 working days from the date of this order. 7. The respondents/University shall be at liberty to decide the issue taking into consideration all rules and regulations and if possible as special chance be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice and if the same is permitted under the rules. The case of the petitioner be considered sympathetically. 8. Writ application stands disposed of. 9. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 10.
