The first anticipatory bail application of the applicant was dismissed for want of prosecution on 23/04/2026 vide MCRCA No.556/2026. 3. It transpires from the record that the present anticipatory bail application falls under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, which is not maintainable as per provisions of Section 59A(i) of Chhattisgarh Excise Act. 4.
