Learned counsel for the applicants on written instructions submits that on completion of the investigation now the final report has been filed against all the applicants of all these anticipatory bail applications, however, only one person, who is not before this court, has been chargesheeted. 4. Learned A.G.A. also have not disputed this fact. 5. In such view of the matter, since now final report has been filed against all the applicants and as such all these anticipatory bail applications have now been rendered infructuous. 6.
