Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl.P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner, namely, Habibur Rahman, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhing P.S Case No. 309/2025 registered under Sections 189(2)/329(3)/87/76/117(2) of the BNS, 2023. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Dhing P.S Case No. 309/2025, vide Charge-Sheet No. 35/2026, dated 13.02.2026. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for his regular bail in said Dhing P.S Case No. 309/2025. The interim bail, granted to the present petitioner may be extended for another fifteen (15) days, enabling him to appear before the learned Trial Court below, with a regular bail application.
