This MCC is filed seeking modification of order dated 06.05.2026 passed in WPS No. 2995/2025. 2. Learned counsel for applicant submits that inadvertently due to typographical error in fifth line of paragraph No. 4 in the order passed in WPS No. 2995/2025 it is mentioned that “petitioner preferred a writ petition bearing WPS No. 6900/2011”, whereas, it is respondent No. 2/ Chhattisgarh Rajya Sahkari Krishi aur Gramin Vikas Bank Maryadit who preferred WPS No. PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA Date: 2026.06.18 16:14:35 +0530 2 / 2 6900/2011. He submits that the error in the order appears to be a typographical error and therefore it be appropriately corrected. 3. Learned State counsel submits that she is having no objection to the submission made by learned counsel for applicant. 4. Having considered the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and also considered the record of the writ petition wherein upon perusal of original writ petition, it is apparent that WPS No. 6900/2011 was filed by Chhattisgarh Rajya Sahkari Krishi aur Gramin Vikas Bank Maryadit ie., Respondent No. 2 in WPS No. 2995/2025, subject matter of this MCC. 5. In the aforementioned facts of the case, it appears that due to typographical mistake in fifth line of paragraph 4 of WPS No. 2995/2025 it is mentioned that petitioner preferred a writ petition instead of respondent No. 2 preferred and accordingly it is directed that in paragraph No. 4 of the impugned order dated 06.05.2026 passed in WPS No. 2995/2025 where it is mentioned that “petitioner preferred a writ petition bearing WPS No. 6900/2011” be read as “respondent No. 2 preferred a writ petition bearing WPS No. 6900/2011” 6. Accordingly, this MCC is allowed and the order dated 06.05.2026 passed in WPS No. 2995/2025 is modified in the above terms.
