JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers: i. Issue directions to the additional LVIII Addl. City civil judge (CCH-59) to pass orders on IA from 12 to 14 filed in O.S 1825/2019 within two days in the interest of justice and equity. ii. Issue any other writ direction or order which deems fit under the circumstances of the case; 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that I.A. Nos. 12 to 14 in O.S. No.1825/2019, which are filed on 06.05.2025 before the Principal City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengalru, are pending consideration before the Trial Court. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27926 WP No. 17270 of 2026 3. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners requests this Court to direct the Trial Court to dispose of I.A. Nos.12 to 14, in accordance with law, within a period of two days. 4. In the interest of justice and equity and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that I.A. Nos.12 to 14 are filed on 06.09.2025 in O.S.No.1825/2019, are still pending consideration, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Trial Court to consider and dispose of the said applications expeditiously. 5. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, requesting the Principal City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengalru, to consider and dispose of I.A. Nos.12 to 14 in O.S.
