Learned counsel for respondent No.1 also reiterates that the parties have entered into settlement agreement dated 04.08.2026 and they would comply with the terms of the abovesaid settlement agreement. 3. Such assurance is taken on record. 4. Order dated 10.08.2026 is taken on record. 5.
