According to the petitioner, based on his request, survey was completed in respect of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and thereafter, the second respondent had also recommended the case of the petitioner for the issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner through his proceedings dated 26.02.2025. But, till date, patta has not been issued by the first respondent for the subject property in favour of the petitioner. 3. Mr. R. P. Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the petitioner’s request for grant of patta in his favour for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s request for grant of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner as well as the recommendation said to have been made by the second respondent through his proceedings dated 26.02.2025 and after hearing all the necessary parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
