This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused applicants in connection with Kokrajhar P.S. Case No. 224/2025 under Sections 137(2)/142 of the BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 3. The allegation contained in the FIR dated 26.09.2025 is that on 21.09.2025, the accused applicant kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant aged about 13 years. 3. Vide order dated 05.01.2026, the accused applicant was granted interim protection by a coordinate bench of this Court with certain terms and conditions. 4. It is submitted that the accused applicant has already appeared before the investigating officer and got his statement recorded. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, the interim protection granted to the accused applicant on 05.01.2026 is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions as stated in the said order. 6.
