Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the action/order of the Respondents whereby the technical bid of the Petitioner in Tender Notification No.Tender Notification Dated 06/02.2026 bearing No.KST/MNG/TR/COM/3035/2025 - 26 & E - Tender Notification No.08/ 2025-26, as per Annexure A. issued by the 3rd respondent & B Order Dated 24/04/2026 issued by the 2nd Respondent came to be rejected; b) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to reconsider the technical bid of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28904 WP No. 15004 of 2026 Petitioner in accordance with the tender conditions and law: c) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the consideration/qualification of M/s Sri Lakshmi Enterprises in the impugned tender process as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the tender conditions; d) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction restraining the Respondents from finalizing the tender process and/or issuing work order in favour of M/s Sri Lakshmi Enterprises or any other ineligible bidder pursuant to Tender Notification Dtd. 06/02/2026 bearing No. KST/MNG/TR/COM/3035/2025 26 & E-Tender Notification No.08/ 2025-26 issued by the 2nd & 3rd Respondent, as Annexure A & B pending disposal of the present writ petition; e) Pass such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, including costs, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Though none appears for the petitioner, learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 submit that the tender in the present matter has been cancelled and fresh tender has been issued. 3. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to participate in the fresh tender so issued, petition - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28904 WP No. 15004 of 2026 stands dismissed.
