The order passed by the Circle Officer, Deoghar is appealable before the L.R.D.C, thus, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate appeal before the L.R.D.C., who will consider the claim of the petitioner considering the judgment passed in Civil Suit and his order will be without prejudice to the order passed by the Circle Officer, Deoghar. 5.
