A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioner has been granted the work charge status w.e.f. 01.01.2003 by the respondent-University. Thereafter, the services of the petitioner was absorbed in the office of Deputy Commissioner, Mandi, H.P. on 01.05.2019. 3.
