Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to pay him contractual emoluments of Rs.10,800/- per month with effect from 30.10.2020 till the regularization of his services, i.e. on 29.04.2023, with all benefits incidental thereof. Petitioner's grievance is that the representation dated 04.03.2026, preferred in that regard has still not been considered & decided till date by respondent No.3. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, the said respondent/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 with law, within a time bound manner. Learned Deputy Advocate General has no objection to this prayer.
