Act petition as reflected in the order dated 30.09.2026. 4. In view of the aforesaid developments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks that he may now be permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- deposited by him in the shape of FDR in Saket Court as per order dated 22.04.2026 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
