The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is with regard to conducting, survey, podi and durasth in respect of the subject land. 3. Heard Sri. Vasantha Kumar D., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. B.J. Eswarappa, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into account the averments made in the writ petition, I am of the view that the petitioner has to approach the competent authority through online for conducting survey in respect of the land in question. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to approach the competent authority by filing an application through online - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27720 WP NO.15659 OF 2026 for conducting survey in respect of the subject land. If such an application is filed by the petitioner through online, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
