The Order dated 12th March, 2026 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bengaluru in Application No.4921 of 2025, is called in question in this writ petition. 2. The petitioner/applicant being aggrieved by the order No.27/2025-26 dated 01st December, 2025 (Annexure- A8) passed by the Conservator of Forests (Regional)- respondent No.2, by which he was kept under suspension pending enquiry, sought to quash the said order. The Tribunal, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29236-DB WP No. 9506 of 2026 holding that there is no infirmity in the order of suspension, rejected the prayer and dismissed the Application. 3. It is brought to the notice of the Court by way of Memo filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the order of suspension passed against the petitioner has been revoked and he has been given posting at Channapattana Range; and he has reported for duty on 10th April, 2026. The Order passed by respondent No.2 revoking the suspension order and the order giving posting to the petitioner, are enclosed along with the Memo. 4. Since the order of suspension is already revoked, writ petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to address his grievance, if any, in accordance with law.
