Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Petitioner, presently aged 57 years, is working as Principal at GSSS Pressi, District Mandi, and has preferred a representation dated 16.07.2026 (Annexure P-4), seeking transfer on completion of his tenure at his present place of posting to a station of his choice on account of his impending retirement. His grievance is that representation dated 16.07.2026 (Annexure P-4), preferred in that regard has still not been considered & decided till date by the respondents/competent authority.
