However, keeping in view the fact that once the petitioner(s) had filed the writ petition, claiming the relief based on the judgment passed in Ghanshyam Dass’s case (supra), the present contempt petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation(s) made by the petitioner(s) within a period of six weeks after the decision passed in LPA No.205 of 2025. 2.
