Learned Counsel have put in appearance on behalf of the Respondents. No reply has been filed by the Respondents. 2. Ms. Payal Chawla, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that they are in process to invoke arbitration and complete the procedure for appointment of Arbitrator within 45 days. 3. The interim arrangement granted by this Court vide order dated 15.09.2026 shall continue for the next 45 days. It is made clear that in O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 417/2026 p. 2 case appropriate arbitral proceedings are not completed and Arbitrator is not appointed, the interim arrangement shall automatically stand vacated. 4. Upon the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal, the present petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961 shall stand treated as an application under Section 17 of the Act. 5.
