JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 30-06-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. 2. This is the 6th attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 220 of 2020 registered for the offense under Section(s) 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Subsequently, Section 302 of the IPC was also added. 3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 09.02.2026 in Cr. Misc. No. 1663 of 2026, and the present bail application has been preferred by the petitioner within six months. 4. In the opinion of this Court, this application is premature, as successive bail applications cannot be entertained Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37153 of 2026(2) dt.30-06-2026 2/2 by this Court within a few months of earlier rejection. 5. Accordingly, the present application is hereby dismissed as premature. 6.
