Heard on application for restoration of WPC No.3126/2025 (Smt. Rajwanti Rauniyar Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 24.06.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on 24.06.2025 when the WPC No.3126/2025 was called for hearing, the earlier counsel representing the petitioner neither present before the Court nor intimated about his non appearance, consequent to which, the case was dismissed for want of prosecution. Thereafter, in the month of April, 2026, when the applicant came to know about the dismissal of his case, he contacted him and thereafter, present MCC has been filed. Hence, non-appearance of the applicant was not intentional, therefore, the original writ petition may be restored for hearing. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents raised formal objection. 4. On due consideration and considering the submission made by counsel for the applicant, this Court is inclined to allow the instant MCC. 5. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. Registry shall restore WPC No.3126/2025 to its original number and list the case for hearing before the appropriate Bench. Sd/- (Naresh Kumar Chandravanshi) Judge Ajay
