In this writ petition, the petitioner- Apartment Society is assailing Notice dated 09.06.2026 (Annexure-G), issued by respondent No.5, inter-alia sought for direction to respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from utilising the schedule property. 4. Having taken note of the reasons assigned in the Notice dated 09.06.2026 (Annexure-G), wherein, the allegation has been made against the petitioner's Apartment Society as to the encroachment of the Government land, I am of the view that, as the said notice is required to be replied by the petitioner with appropriate documents and as such, the petitioner be permitted to file reply to the Notice dated 09.06.2026 (Annexure-G) within an outer limit of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and thereafter, it is open for the respondent - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30304 WP No. 18509 of 2026 No.5 to take decision in the matter in accordance with law . 5. Till the consideration of the reply/objections that may be made by the petitioner-Apartment, respondents shall not take coercive steps against the petitioner.
