Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of communication dated 02.09.2026 and copy of office order dated 12.08.2026 passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the mandate contained in the judgment dated 02.01.2026 passed in CWP No.21063 of 2025, titled, Pooja Gupta vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others has been complied with and the petitioner has been held entitled to the benefits, 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2026:HHC:37533 2 in terms of the judgment passed in CWP No.1638 of 2024, titled, Mohit Sharma and another vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and she has been allowed the higher pay-scale in the concerned level of pay matrix after completion of two years regular service subject to the final outcome of the LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma’s case. The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not paid to the petitioner within eight weeks from today, she shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
