(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 22.08.2026 issued by Regional Manager, HRTC, Pathankot, learned counsel for respondents states that mandate in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands complied with. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, this Court finds that respondents after adjusting the period of the petitioner on the analogy of Lekh Ram has calculated the arrears amounting to Rs. 15,59,938/- payable to the petitioner and same has been agreed to be released in five installments of Rs. 3,11,988 each. First installment of 2 aforesaid amount has been already released in favour of the petitioner today, whereas remaining amount shall be disbursed in equal installments as detailed above. 3. In view of above nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is disposed of with direction to respondents to ensure that remaining four installments of Rs. 3,11,988/- each, are paid to the petitioner well within time, failing which he would be entitled to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken against respondents.
