That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to grant arrears of Digitally signed by NADIM MOHLE 2 Samayman Pay Scale (Time pay Scale) during 23.12.2006 to 01.12.2017, in the interest of justice. (ii). Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Mr. Dewangan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, who is working on the post of Upper Division Teacher under respondent No. 3, has not been paid the arrears of time pay scale for the period from 23.12.2006 to 01.12.2017. 3. On instructions, Mr. Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 would submit that steps have already been initiated to make the payment to the petitioner and a letter has been issued by respondent No. 3 to the effect that immediately after audit of the accounts, the claim of arrears of time pay scale of the petitioner would be paid. 4. Mr. Deo, learned Panel Lawyer would support the contention made by Mr. Tiwari. 5. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the letter issued by respondent No. 3 dated 20.05.2026. 6. In the letter dated 20.05.2026, it is mentioned that the arrears of time pay scale would be paid to the petitioner immediately after audit of the her account. 7. Taking into consideration the contents of letter dated 20.05.2026 and the submissions advanced by Mr. Tiwari, this petition, at this juncture, is 3 disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to take appropriate decision with regard to the payment of arrears of time pay scale to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of 150 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8.
