KAMAL ORAL ORDER This petition raises the question with regard to the alleged illegal claim by the respondents over immovable property, which petitioner claim to have purchased in terms of deed of sale dated 18.02.1999. 2. Since the issue pertaining to the civil rights of the parties and in respect of immovable property, involving complex questions of facts have been raised, this Court do not - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29033 WP No. 1878 of 2019 deem it appropriate to go into the same under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3. At this juncture, counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for sometime, seeks liberty to avail such remedy as may be permissible under the law before the competent court of civil jurisdiction. However, he submit there was an interim protection granted by this court and the same be extended till the petitioner seeks such interim relief before the competent court. 4. Submission placed on record. 5. Interim order granted by the court is extended for a period of sixty days enabling the petitioner to seek appropriate interim relief before court of competent jurisdiction.
