It is submitted that the petitioner, at the relevant time, being resident of Haryana was therefore getting minimum wages prevalent in Haryana and that was less than the rates of minimum wages given in Delhi. Thus, the calculation was defective, since the fundamental statistical facts were incorrect. It was that correction which was sought to be made through the instant petition. 4. In view of the fact that now the parties have amicably resolved their matrimonial dispute by „mutual consent‟ in terms of the full and final settlement arrived at between them vide settlement dated 19.09.2024, which is part of record, thus the issue of „maintenance‟ is no longer required to be looked into, as the settlement comprehensively resolves the whole matrimonial dispute. 5. In view of these facts and circumstances, order dated 20.10.2022 passed by learned MM, Dwarka for increasing maintenance alongwith payment of litigation and rental cost and consequent confirmation through order dated 10.11.2023 passed by learned ASJ, Dwarka upholding the said order, are set-aside. 6.
