No.5525 of 2026 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.2730 of 2026 dated 11.02.2026 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 17.02.2026 onwards regularly and the investigation was completed and final report is made ready and going to be filed. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.2730 of 2026 dated 11.02.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month on every first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
