No.196/2023 (Annexure-J) passed by respondent No.1, order dated 29.03.2023 in Appeal R.A.(A) No.503/2019-20 passed by respondent No.2, inter alia sought - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28889 WP No. 15902 of 2026 for a direction to respondent No.3 to restore the mutation and RTC entries in favour of the petitioner. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and a careful consideration of the writ papers, would indicate that the mutation entry has been made by the respondent authorities following the judgment and decree made in O.S. No.1108/2018. 4. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that as the revenue authorities have followed the judgment and decree passed by the civil Court, though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said judgment and decree are collusively filed by the parties, it is open for the petitioner to rectify the same, if he is so advised in a manner known to law. 5.
