THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO CONSIDER AND ACT ON THE REPRESENTATION DATED 24.08.2011 MADE BY THE PETITIONER [VIDE ANNEXURE-A].
THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN 'B' GROUP THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH
ORAL ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. In this petition, the grievance of the petitioner is to consider the representation dated 24.08.2011 (Annexure-A), made by the petitioner, which is not yet been considered.
3. Having taken note of the submission made by the
learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming from the representation at Annexure-A that the land in question has been granted to the father of the petitioner-Maddurappa.
4. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that there is no impediment for respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representation at Annexure-A. However, taking into account the fact that the representation is of the year 2011, it
