Anikepalli Village, Venkatachalam Mandal, S.P.S.R. Nellore District. 2. It was highlighted that no action has been taken to evict the encroachments in the land in question. 3. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 02.07.2025, a report has now been filed by the official respondents in which it is stated that action was taken and orders for eviction issued with a view to remove the 2 encroachments. It is, however, stated that W.P.No.6091 of 2026 was filed by the encroachers in which certain directions have been issued. 4. Be that as it may, since action has been taken, the same shall be subject to the directions issued by the concerned writ Court in W.P.No.6091 of 2026. No further action is, therefore, warranted in the present petition and the official respondents shall proceed in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (PIL) is disposed of.
