Naik, learned counsel appearing for the impleading proposed respondents 6 to 13 placed the copy of Memorandum of Revision Petition filed by the petitioner herein under Section 56 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act in R.P. Therefore, I am of the considered opinion that, no interference be called for in this petition as the petitioner is pursuing parallel proceedings. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
