Therefore this second writ petition is not maintainable. 4 A copy of the said judgment and order dated 19.12.2025 has been passed on to this Court by the counsel for the respondent. 5. On perusal of the said order, the submission of the counsel for the respondent appears to be true. 6. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is also of similar set of facts and relief and this second writ petition is not maintainable. 7. Accordingly writ petition stand dismissed.
