Heard Smt. Aishwarya Hegde M.V., learned counsel appearing for petitioners and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, the same would indicate that the petitioner No.1 has filed application in Form No.57 for regularisation of his unauthorised occupation in respect of the land in question. Therefore, I am of the considered opinion that the respondents have to consider the application made by the petitioner No.1 and take decision in the matter in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly. 5.
