Pursuant to order passed in writ petition, petitioner moved representation on 10.8.2024. 2) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that Chief Engineer, CSPDCL, Raigarh has decided the representation moved by the petitioner vide order dated 9.12.2025. 3) On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits the authority concerned has not considered the facts of the case properly while deciding the representation. 4) Heard. 5) It is well settled principle of law, merits of writ petition cannot be considered in the contempt petition and respondent authorities have decided the representation so moved by the petitioner pursuant to order passed in the writ petition. 6) Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are dropped and this petition stands dismissed.
