He prays for a direction that the Execution Case No.1 of 2021 which is pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum- Rent Controller, Giridih be disposed of, at the earliest. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the execution case is pending since 2021 and has not been proceeded by the Rent Controller. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, it is not necessary to issue notice and to call for a counter-affidavit. 5. Since an execution case is filed and is pending since 2021 and the same needs to be disposed of, at the earliest, I direct the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum/Rent Controller, Giridih, to try to dispose of the said application within six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all the parties concerned, provided there is no stay of the order by any higher forum. 6.
