Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the learned Sole Arbitrator entered upon the reference in November 2024, and the mandate of the Tribunal was extended on 19.01.2026, by consent of learned counsel for the parties for a period of six months from 07.03.2026. As the mandate has expired on 06.09.2026, the petitioner seeks further extension of the mandate. 3.
