Case No. 60 of 2025 instituted under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 103(1), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the victim causing his death. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not assaulted anyone. Petitioner has clean antecedent. 5.
