The grievance of the petitioner is that though he is to superannuate in the month of June, 2026, yet without appreciating this fact, the petitioner who is serving at HPPWD, Sub-Division Marhi, has been transferred in the Office of Chief Engineer Mandi Zone in place of private respondent. 3. In light of the fact that the petitioner is to superannuate within three months, this petition is disposed of with the direction that Notification dated 02.04.2026, shall not be given effect to till the retirement of the petitioner and till then, he will be allowed to continue to serve at Marhi and private respondent shall be instructed to serve at Mandi, irrespective the fact as to whether he has joined at Marhi or not.
